How do i convince my parents to letting me change schools?

Im in the 7th grade with one more semester left and i absoultly hate it at my school. i lost all of my friends and everyone picks on me. i want to start a new school but my parents wont listen. i tried talking to them once about it but they just kind of blew me off. should i talk to them again or talk with my (horrible) school's guidence consular. (the consulars ok but the school is horrible) i have bad grades and is there anyway i can convince my mom and dad to let me change schools in the same county?
