Dentists says I have two cavities but I'm not sure?

That's really a personal call. If the cavities are not bothering you then maybe you can wait. But if there are cavities present they will only get bigger. Sounds like you have lost your faith in this dentist. It may be time to find another or at least get a second opinion and then decide.
