Do poor people just get left to die in America?

I'm confused about the health system in America, them not having government health means they've got to pay for every little service they use, but what if u are poor? Too poor to pay the bill? Or you are really sick & use more services than your income? I'm pretty sure if I lived in America I would use millions of dollars each year! I average 12 weeks per year in hospital, take 15 different prescription medications, see 2 specialists per month, my GP every week, blood tests every month, xrays, ct scans, ultrasounds, MRI scans, bone density scans, periodically. I see a psychologist, social worker, chiropractor, regular dentist (side effects from medication means I need fillings done every 3 months). My scripts have to be replaced every month. I go under general anasthetic once or twice a year for operations like removing polyps or teeth or exploratory surgery. I am on a disability pension so I only get 350 a week, so there's no way I could ever afford to pay for my bills if I lived on America because they would be higher than my income! After I didn't pay the first few bills, wouldn't they just leave me untreated? Just let me die cuz obviously money is more important?
